Ingredients:
- Olive oil or butter to grease the baking dish
- Jalapeño chile
- Onion
- Chicken breast, cut into strips
- Bacon
- Hass Avocado
- Red chile flakes to taste
Instructions:
- All you do is preheat your oven to 350, lightly grease a baking dish. Slice your jalapeños lengthwise, take out seeds and devein. Lay a slice of onion, a slice of chicken breast in the pepper. Wrap with bacon and hold together with a toothpick. Bake until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. Right before serving slide a slice of avocado down the toothpick as your topper. I sprinkle some crushed red chile flakes to add a little extra heat on the avocado but of course that is up to your taste. Enjoy
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages
about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity
accordingly.
