Avocado Drunk Kebabs Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound meat (grill cuts)
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 oz of bacon (2 slices)
- 1/2 medium onion
- 4 raw giant shrimp
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 1 can or bottle lager beer
To prepare the marinade:
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- The juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Instructions:
- Cut the meat, bell pepper, onion, and bacon in 1 inch slices, peel avocado and cut it in 8 chunks, peel shrimp.
- Assembly kebabs in the following order (meat, pepper, onion, meat, bacon, avocado, shrimp, avocado, bacon, meat, onion, pepper and meat).
- Mix all marinade ingredients and spread over kebabs with a brush.
- Pour beer over kebabs in a medium container and set aside for at least 20 minutes.
- After marinating in beer, place kebabs on the grill, while cooking, marinade mix can continuously be brushed or poured over kebabs to keep them juicy.

*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado
averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity
accordingly.
