Ingredients:
- Sliced baguette bread
- Olive oil
- Garlic butter
Topping:
- Hass Avocado, chopped
- Tomatoes
- Feta cheese
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Assorted herbs to taste
- Olive oil
- Red wine vinegar
Instructions:
- Sliced baguette bread is brushed with mix of olive oil and garlic butter and toasted lightly in the oven. The toasted bread is then topped with a mixture of chopped avocado, tomatoes, feta, red onion, garlic, and herbs, all drizzled with a zesty mix of olive oil and red wine vinegar. Bake another 5-7 min for the best bruschetta you'll ever try! WANT MORE OPTIONS TO FEED A LARGER FOOTBALL CROWD? Double the topping and use the extra as a tortilla chip dip!! Delicious!!!
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8
ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
