Ingredients:
- Baguette bread, sliced
- Brie cheese
- Hass Avocados, sliced
- Sundried tomatoes, julienned
- Reduced balsamic vinegar
Topping Mixture:
- Tomatoes, chopped
- Roasted garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Parsley
Instructions:
- Toast bread slices. Top with brie cheese and broil until cheese is melted. Top with sliced avocados, julienned sun dried tomatoes. Drizzle with reduced balsamic vinegar. Serve with a bowl of an additional topping mixture of chopped tomatoes, roasted garlic cloves, olive oil and parsley.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado
averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity
accordingly.
