This calzone is filled with green pepper, tomato, black olive, artichoke heart, avocado, fresh mozzarella and smoked Gouda cheese. The combination of flavors folded into a pizza dough, then baked until golden brown, create an amazing party treat with a gourmet twist. Top with melted provolone, sliced tomato and guacamole made with creamy Hass Avocado, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, tomato, red onion, cilantro, and a dash of salt. You better believe you will be making more than one of these! A crowd pleaser for sure!"

Ingredients:
- Green pepper
- Tomato
- Black olive
- Artichoke heart
- Hass Avocado
- Fresh mozzarella
- Smoked gouda cheese
- Pizza dough
Topping:
- Provolone cheese
- Tomato
- Guacamole (See below ingredients)
Guacamole:
- Hass Avocado
- Lime juice
- Tomato
- Red onion
- Cilantro
- 1 dash of salt
Instructions:
- Place green pepper, tomato, black olive, artichoke heart, avocado, fresh mozzarella and smoked Gouda cheese on one half of a pizza dough round. Fold the other half over, crimp edges and bake until golden brown. Top with melted provolone, sliced tomato and guacamole.
Guacamole Instructions:
- Coarsely mash avocado. Gently fold in remaining ingredients and serve.
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages
about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity
accordingly.
