Ingredients:
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 2 Hass Avocados
- 2 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small jalapeño, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of salt (add more to achieve desired taste)
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
- Optional: add your own favorite hot sauce
- Optional: 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
Instructions:
- Remove yolk from hard boiled eggs and combine in a bowl with all ingredients above. Then top to your desire with powdered sugar, melted cheese, etc.
*Large avocados are
recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger
size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
