Ingredients:
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. salt or for a better taste use 2 Tbsp. of capers instead of salt. I prefer capers.
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini paste
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 (15.5 ounce) cans of garbanzo beans 1 can drained + 1 can of Cannellini beans drained
- 1/2 cup of light olive oil
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 3/4 cup of fresh cilantro or basil which ever to taste
- 1/8 tsp. paprika or to taste
(optional) If you want to spice it up a little - 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or 1/2 tsp. ground red chipotle pepper
The chipotle really gives it a great taste!
Instructions:
- Place all in ingredients in a food processor blend till smooth. If it is NOT real smooth add water a little at a time till desired consistency

ENJOY WITH A NICE
COLD BEER AND CHIPS
*Large avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages
about 8 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity
accordingly.
