Ingredients:
- Hass Avocado
- White Beans
- Canned tomatoes
- Shrimp
- Tequila Lime Cilantro Sauce
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients and spoon into individual serving glasses.
Serving Suggestions:
If you're
serving lunch or dinner, spoon the mixture into margarita glasses for a beautiful salad
*Large
avocados are recommended for this recipe. A large avocado averages about 8 ounces. If using smaller
or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly.
